We’re searching for a skilled and passionate Junior Designer to join our creative team. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in design and be proficient in Adobe Suite and Figma. They should possess a strong understanding of UX and UI design principles.
As a Junior Designer, you will team up with our Lead Designer, and together, you will work on exciting projects for prominent gaming and entertainment brands. Moreover, you will contribute to our internal projects and be at the forefront of the rapidly evolving Web 3 and the metaverse space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside our Lead Designer to create high-quality creative content for our digital and print clients.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to design projects.
- Ensure that designs are completed to a high standard, within deadlines and according to the client’s requirements.
- Design web pages, marketing materials, social media content, email templates, and other materials as needed, with a focus on UX and UI design.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry developments.
- Assist in preparing design files for production, including creating print-ready files, optimising digital assets, and creating and maintaining design libraries.
- Collaborate with other team members, including developers and project managers, to ensure project success.
- Participate in the review process for work created by other designers, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in design, working with Adobe Suite and Figma, with a strong focus on UX and UI design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different mediums and platforms.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Experience in 3D design software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D would be a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into design work.
- A passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
